基于扫描振镜的飞行目标转速测量方法

摘要 针对在靶场实验中难以对处于高速飞行状态下的运动目标进行转速测量的问题,提出了一种基于扫描振镜的高速飞行目标转速测量方法。首先,该方法以振镜拍摄系统为基础,利用自适应背景差分和相似度评估法对序列图像进行处理,以获取图像的周期性相似度水平。随后,通过周期算法调频Z变换(chirp-Z transform,CZT)来重构信号周期以确定转速,并从光照条件、拍摄速率和图像分辨率对该方法测量精度的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,在100~900 r/min的范围内,该方法的最大相对误差在±0.65%以内,达到了小于1%的精度指标。该方法具有非接触测量、免标记和成本低等优势,并且能够实现高精度的测量。 Aiming at the problem that it was difficult to measure the speed of moving targets in high speed flying state in shooting range experiment,a method of speed measurement for high-speed flying targets based on a scanning galvanometer system was proposed.Initially,the method was grounded on the galvanometer shooting system and utilized adaptive background difference and similarity evaluation methods to process the sequence image and obtained the periodic similarity level of the image.Subsequently,the signal period was reconstructed by a period algorithm chirp-Z transform(CZT)to determine the speed.Additionally,the effects of illumination conditions,frame rate,and image resolution on the measurement accuracy of this method were experimentally studied.The results indicated that the maximum relative error of the system was less than±0.65%within the range of 100~900 r/min,and the accuracy index was less than 1%.The proposed method is characterized by advantages such as non-contact measurement,absence of marking,and low cost,enabling high precision measurement.
