产教融合背景下教师企业实践的理念研究 被引量:3

摘要 教师企业实践是高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的基础,高水平“双师型”教师队伍是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要保障。从研究教师企业实践政策入手,系统分析了教师企业实践中政策体系不健全、教师实践意愿不强等问题,基于教师成长发展理论创新性提出了构建“政—行—企—校”四方联动产教生态思维,构建基于校企利益诉求的耦合共赢模型等教师企业实践新理念,为教育行政部门和高职院校推进教师企业实践工作提供参考。 Teacher enterprise practice is fundamental to the development of“double-qualified”faculty team in vocational colleges,and a high-level“double-qualified”faculty team is a crucial guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper starts with an investigation of policies regarding teacher enterprise practice,systematically analyzing issues such as the inadequacy of the policy system and the lack of willingness among teachers to engage in enterprise practice.Based on the theory of teacher growth and development,it innovatively proposes new concepts for teacher enterprise practice,including the construction of a four-way linkage between“government,industry,enterprises,and colleges”to form an industry-education integration ecosystem,and the establishment of a win-win coupling model based on the interests of colleges and enterprises.These new ideas aim to provide a reference for educational administrative departments and vocational colleges to advance teacher enterprise practice.
