中国共产党意识形态建设的历史进程、鲜明特征及实践指向

摘要意识形态工作是党的一项极其重要的工作,关乎党和国家事业的兴衰成败。党的意识形态建设主要经历了艰难起步、蹒跚前行、有序推进和开创新局四个时期。在此进程中,党的意识形态建设始终保持先进性、增强斗争性、凸显人民性,确保意识形态建设的正确方向和立场,确保意识形态安全。新时代,继续推进党的意识形态建设,应做到五个“坚持”:坚持党对意识形态的全面领导,坚决维护党中央权威;坚持马克思主义指导地位不动摇,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领;坚持守正与创新的统一,在立破并举中推进意识形态建设;坚持意识形态建设的人民性价值取向,突出人民群众在意识形态建设中的主体作用;坚持把意识形态建设纳入制度化轨道,推进意识形态建设规范化、制度化。 The ideological work is an extremely important task of the Communist Party of China,which is related to the success or fail⁃ure of the Party and the country’s cause.The historical process of the Party’s ideological construction has mainly gone through four pe⁃riods:difficult starting,stumbling forward,orderly promotion and creating a new situation.In this process,the Party’s ideological con⁃struction has always maintained its progressiveness nature,strengthened its militancy,highlighted the people’s character,ensured the correct direction and position of ideological construction,and ensured the ideological security of our country.In the new era,to contin⁃ue promoting the ideological construction of the Party,we should adhere to the Party’s leadership over ideology and firmly uphold the authority of the Party Central Committee.We should adhere to the guiding position of Marxism without wavering,and guide the Party’s ideological construction with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhere to the unity of up⁃holding integrity and innovation,and promote ideological construction in the process of making breakthroughs.We should adhere to ide⁃ological construction following the people’s value orientation,and gather the main force of the people in ideological construction and adhere to incorporating ideological construction into the institutionalized track and promote the standardization and institutionalization of ideological construction.
