摘要
国内先进城市用水效率指标对比表明,杭州市用水效率指标在浙江省乃至南方地区均处于领先水平。通过系统调研杭州市水资源基本情况和供水格局,分析杭州市水资源利用效率,发现杭州市水资源保障存在现状水库城镇供水能力无法满足城镇优质用水需求、极端天气下乡村供水保证率不足、分质供水有待加强等问题,据此提出优化水资源配置格局的思路,包括实施扩大千岛湖引水、分水江配水、域外供水、水源分质供水等工程,可为提升杭州市水资源保障水平提供借鉴。
Compared with advanced cities in China,the indicators of water utilization efficiency of Hangzhou is in the forefront of Zhejiang Province and leading in the southern part of China.By systematically investigating the basic situation of water resources and the balance between supply and demand,the utilization efficiency of water resources in Hangzhou is analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in water resources security in Hangzhou.The existing water supply capacity of reservoirs fails to meet the demand for high-quality water in cities and towns.The guarantee of rural water supply under extreme weather is insufficient,and the implementation of differentiated water supply needs to be strengthened.The idea of optimizing the allocation of water resources is put forward,including extending diversion of water from Qiandao Lake,distributing water from Fenshui River,supplying water from outside the region,and implementing differentiated water supply,which can provide reference for improving water resources security in Hangzhou.
