大型封闭式地面火炬研究与工程应用

摘要 十三五以来,我国新建、扩建石化化工行业生产规模持续扩大,但行业对单座百吨以上封闭式地面火炬技术适用性和经济性存在较大疑问。本文通过理论研究,探索了按现行设计规范进行封闭式地面火炬大型化的技术风险,并通过一系列理论计算解决了燃烧配风不足、火焰偏高等技术问题,并最终实现了工程化应用。与传统百吨以下封闭式地面火炬相比,大型封闭式地面火炬单位火炬气处理量的一次投资和运行能耗方面都更有优势。 Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,the production scale of China s petrochemical industry has continued to expand.There are doubts about the applicability and economy of enclosed ground flare technology with processing capacitymore than 100 t/h.Through theoretical research,the technical risks of large processing capacity enclosed ground flare according to the current design specifications were discussed.Then the technical problems such as insufficient combustion air distribution and high flame through a series of theoretical calculations were solved.Finally,the engineering application was realized.Compared with traditional enclosed ground flare with processing capacity less than 100 t/h,large processing capacity enclosed ground flare had more advantages in terms of one-time investment and operating energy consumption per unit flare gas processing capacity.
