摘要
目的:分析综合护理在老年慢性支气管炎(CB)患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年10月清镇市犁倭镇卫生院收治的78例老年CB患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。对比两组呼吸功能、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、潮气量、健康调查简表评分高于护理前,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:综合护理可改善老年CB患者的呼吸功能与生活质量,提高其护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis(CB).Methods:A total of seventy-eight elderly CB patients admitted to Qingzhen Liwo Town Health Center from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Respiratory function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the blood oxygen saturation,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,tidal volume and health survey summary table score in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can improve the respiratory function and quality of life of elderly CB patients,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
