新疆部分地区犊牛曼氏杆菌病的流行病学调查 被引量:1

Epidemiological Investigation of Calf Mannheimiosis in Parts of Xinjiang

摘要 牛溶血性曼氏杆菌是导致牛呼吸道疾病(BRD)的重要细菌性病原之一,给养牛业带来较大的经济损失,牛曼氏杆菌病的主要预防措施为疫苗免疫,但牧场经常忽略该病的存在。为调查曼氏杆菌在新疆地区的整体流行情况,通过对南北疆20个牧场具有肺炎临床症状的犊牛进行鼻拭子采集,通过PCR进行分子生物学检测,根据检测给牧场提供该病科学的防控意见。检测结果表明,肺炎发病牛共计116头,感染溶血性曼氏杆菌的牛96头,阳性率为82.76%(96/116),其中南疆肺炎犊牛曼氏杆菌病发病率为83.3%(50/60),北疆肺炎犊牛曼氏杆菌病发病率为82.14%(46/56)。临床病例表明,新疆地区该病主要高发于2~8月龄牛群,在全疆各地牧场均有不同程度的出现。研究结果证实,新疆地区的牧场急需进行曼氏杆菌疫苗的免疫防控工作。 Bovine Mannheimia haemolytica is an important bacterial pathogen that causes bovine respiratory disease(BRD),which brings huge economic losses to the cattle industry.The main preventive measure of the disease is vaccine immunization,but the pasture often ignores the existence of the disease.In order to investigate the overall prevalence of Mannheimia in Xinjiang,nasal swabs were collected from calves with clinical symptoms of pneumonia in 20 pastures in northern and southern Xinjiang,and molecular biological detection was carried out by PCR.According to the detection,the scientific prevention and control opinions of the disease were provided to the pastures.The results showed that a total of 116 cattle were infected with pneumonia and 96 cattle were infected with Mannheimia haemolytica.The positive rate was 82.76%(96/116).The incidence of Mannheimiosis in calves with pneumonia in southern Xinjiang was 83.3%(50/60).The incidence of mansellosis in calves with pneumonia in northern Xinjiang was 82.14%(46/56).The disease is highly prevalent in 2~8 months old cattle,and the disease has different degrees of occurrence in beef cattle and dairy farms in Xinjiang.The results confirmed that the pastures in Xinjiang were in urgent need of immune prevention and control of the disease.
