摘要
目的:分析iRoot SP根管封闭剂在慢性根尖周炎患者根管充填术中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2021年6月惠州口腔医院牙体牙髓病科收治的88例慢性根尖周炎患者(单颗牙患病)作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组44例。两组均接受根管充填术治疗,试验组将iRoot SP作为根管封闭剂,实施单尖法充填;对照组采用AH-Plus作为根管封闭剂,实施热塑牙胶垂直加压法充填。比较两组患者术后24 h疼痛情况、术后2周窦道情况、术后3个月及术后6个月根尖周阴影变化、术后1年综合疗效。结果:术后24 h,试验组疼痛率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。术后2周,试验组与对照组窦道好转率相近,比较无统计学差异(P=0.645)。术后3、6个月,试验组根尖阴影变化优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:iRoot SP根管封闭剂在慢性根尖周炎患者根管充填术中的应用效果良好,能够减轻患者术后疼痛,改善症状,促进患者康复。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of iRoot SP root canal sealer in root canal filling of patients with chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods:A total of 88 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis(single tooth disease)admitted to Department of Dentistry and Endodontics at Huizhou Stomatological Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups received root canal filling treatment.The experimental group was filled by single cone obturation technique with iRoot SP as root canal sealer,and the control group was filled by thermoplastic gutta-percha warm vertical compaction technique with AH-Plus as root canal sealer.The pain at 24 h after surgery,the sinus tract situation at 2 weeks after surgery,the change of periapical shadow at 3 months and 6 months after surgery and the comprehensive efficacy at 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:At 24 h after surgery,the pain rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).At 2 weeks after surgery,the improvement rate of sinus tract was similar between the experimental group and the control group,and there was no statistical difference(P=0.645).At 3 months and 6 months after surgery,the change of periapical shadow in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:iRoot SP root canal sealer has a good application effect in root canal filling of patients with chronic periapical periodontitis,and can relieve postoperative pain,improve symptoms and promote recovery.
