摘要
目的探讨开窍活血汤应用于气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果及对中医症状、炎症反应变化的影响。方法非随机选取2020年12月—2023年12月咸丰县中医医院收治的气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者68例,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(常规治疗,34例)和研究组(加用开窍活血汤治疗,34例)。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组中医症状评分均比对照组低,超敏C反应蛋白、N末端B型钠尿肽前体、同型半胱氨酸水平均低于对照组,脑血流速度、血流量高于对照组,美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗总有效率(97.06%)高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。结论气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者应用开窍活血汤的治疗效果显著,能明显减轻患者症状,改善神经功能,提高日常生活能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kaiqihuoxue Decoction on the changes of TCM symptoms and in-flammation in patients with acute cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Xianfeng County Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2023 were unrandomly selected,and were divided into the control group(conventional treatment,34 cases)and the research group(addition of Enlighten and Invigorate Blood Soup treatment,34 cases)by difference treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The TCM symptom scores of the study group were all lower than those of the control group,the levels of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein,N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor and homocysteine were lower than those of the con-trol group,the cerebral blood flow velocity and blood flow were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and the scores of Activities of Daily Living Scale were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).Conclusion Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type acute cerebral infarction patients with the application of Kaiqihuoxuetang treatment effect is significant,can reduce patients'symptoms,improve neurological function,and en-hance the ability of daily life.
