摘要
全膝关节置换术是治疗膝骨关节炎的最终方案,随着膝骨关节炎发病率的逐年上升和全膝关节置换术的不断完善,通过全膝关节置换术治疗疾病的人数逐年增加。但是,患者术后的运动恐惧影响了术后的康复。本文从恐动症的概念、评估工具、影响因素、干预策略四个方面对全膝关节置换术后患者恐动症的研究进行综述,为进一步的膝关节患者恐动症的研究和护理实践提供参考。
Total knee arthroplasty is the final treatment of knee osteoarthritis.With the increasing incidence of knee osteoarthritis and the continuous improvement of total knee arthroplasty,the number of patients treated by total knee arthroplasty is increasing year by year.However,the patient's fear of movement affected the postoperative recovery.This paper reviews the research on kinesiophobia in patients after total knee arthroplasty from four aspects:concept,assessment tools,influencing factors and intervention strategies,and provides reference for further research and nursing practice of kinesiophobia in patients with knee arthroplasty.
