摘要
为揭示LysM基因家族在玉米生长发育及抗病中的作用,利用生物信息学方法对玉米LysM基因家族成员进行鉴定,并对其蛋白理化性质、亚细胞定位、系统发育关系、基因启动子区的顺式作用元件、组织表达以及大斑病菌侵染过程中的表达模式进行分析。结果表明,在玉米中共存在11个ZmLysM家族成员。通过生物信息学分析发现,ZmLysMs蛋白在质膜、叶绿体、胞外均有分布;ZmLysMs成员与单子叶植物水稻和小麦具有较近的亲缘关系;ZmLysMs成员的启动子序列存在多个激素响应、逆境胁迫响应和光响应元件;10个ZmLysMs成员在不同组织中表达,其中ZmLysM1、ZmLysM4和ZmLysM6呈组成性表达模式,ZmLysM10只在根组织中表达。ZmLysM2、ZmLysM6和ZmLysM7在玉米大斑病菌侵染后差异表达,推测其可能在响应大斑病菌侵染过程中发挥作用。
To elucidate the role of the LysM gene family in maize growth,development and disease resistance,the members of the LysM gene family in maize were identified using bioinformatics methods,and the physicochemical properties of the proteins,subcellular localization,phylogenetic relationships,cis-acting elements in the promoter region of the genes,expression patterns in different tissues and in response to Setosphearia turcica infection were also analyzed.The results showed that there were 11 ZmLysM family members in maize.Bioinformatics analysis revealed that ZmLysMs proteins were distributed in the plasma membrane,chloroplast,and extracellular.ZmLysMs members were closely related to rice and wheat which were belong to monocotyledons.Several hormone responsive,stress responsive and light responsive elements were identified in the promoter sequences of ZmLysMs members.Furthermore,it was found that 10 ZmLysMs members were expressed in various tissues.Among these,ZmLysM1,ZmLysM4 and ZmLysM6 exhibited a constitutive expression pattern,while ZmLysM10 was only expressed in root tissue.ZmLysM2,ZmLysM6,and ZmLysM7 were differentially expressed after inoculation with S.turcica,indicating a potential role in the response to S.turcica infection.
