摘要
软土地基水闸由于其承载力较低较易发生过大沉降,影响水闸运行安全。依托某水闸软土地基案例,通过数值模拟手段对比3种桩体软基加固性能的差异,并对水泥灌注桩处理软土地基效果的主要影响因素进行分析。结果表明:相较于天然地基,3种桩基加固方案均起到明显效果,闸基沉降得到明显改善。当荷载较小时,水泥搅拌桩加固地基较其他两种方式沉降较大,随着荷载的增加大小关系发生转变。水泥搅拌桩加固地基工况下闸基土体荷载分担比例要明显大于其余两种预制桩工况,但随着荷载的增加差距逐步缩小。随着荷载增加,水泥搅拌桩桩身压缩逐渐增大,但增加速率逐渐下降。桩长越长桩身压缩量越大,桩长与桩身压缩量呈现正相关关系。在实际工程中,应结合经济性与实用性,根据工程地质情况,合理设计水泥搅拌桩桩长和桩径。
Soft soil foundation water gates are prone to excessive settlement due to their low bearing capacity,which affects the safe operation of the gates.Therefore,based on a soft soil foundation case of a certain water gate,this article compares the differences in the reinforcement performance of three types of pile bodies for soft soil foundation through numerical simulation methods,and analyzes the main influencing factors of the effect of cement grouting piles on soft soil foundation treatment.The results show that compared to natural foundations,all three pile foundation reinforcement schemes have achieved significant results,and the settlement of the gate foundation has been significantly improved.When the load is small,the settlement of the foundation reinforced with cement mixing piles is greater than that of the other two methods,and the relationship changes with the increase of load.The load sharing ratio of the gate foundation soil under the condition of cement mixing pile reinforcement foundation is significantly greater than the other two prefabricated pile conditions,but the difference gradually narrows with the increase of load.As the load increases,the compression of the pile body in the cement mixing pile gradually increases,but the rate of increase gradually decreases.The longer the pile length,the greater the compression of the pile body,and there is a positive correlation between the pile length and the compression of the pile body.In practical engineering,the length and diameter of cement mixing piles should be reasonably designed based on economic and practical considerations,as well as the geological conditions of the project itself.
