摘要
本文通过对某农业高校教学型教师职称评审情况的调查,得出当前职称评审中存在重课时轻水平、重研究轻应用、重基础轻发展的问题,并在分析问题成因的基础上,提出解决方法与相关建议,通过增加教学质量评价结果在职称评审中的权重、丰富教改内涵、明确定位、多方参与等方法,制定符合实际的职称评审条件,激发教学型教师的积极性。
By investigating the professional title evaluation of teaching oriented teachers in an agricultural university,some issues with the current professional title evalution were discovered:emphasis on class hours over proficiency,emphasis on research over application,and emphasis on foundation over development.The solutions based on the above analysis were put forward,including increasing the weight of teaching quality in professional title evaluation,enriching the connotation of teaching reform,clarifying positioning and multi party participation in the development of professional title evaluation conditions to stimulate the enthusiasm of teaching oriented teachers.
