摘要
移植病理学作为移植医学的重要分支学科,在疾病诊断、确认或否定临床诊断、缩小鉴别诊断范围等方面发挥重要作用.《肝移植常见并发症病理诊断指南(2016版)》对推进我国肝移植病理的规范化发展起到重要作用.近年来,肝移植病理学研究不断深入,知识体系迭代更新.为不断提高我国肝移植病理诊断水平,在中华医学会器官移植学分会等指导和组织下,我国肝移植病理和临床专家综合国内外研究成果和实践经验,制订《肝移植常见并发症病理诊断指南(2024版)》,为我国肝移植病理诊断提供科学指导和参考.
Transplantation pathology,as an important branch of transplantation medicine,plays an important role in disease diagnosis,confirming or denying clinical diagnosis,and narrowing the scope of differential diagnosis.The Practical guidelines for the pathological diagnosis of major complications after liver transplantation(2016 edition)plays an important role in promoting the standardized development of liver transplantation pathology in China.In recent years,the research of liver transplantation pathology has been continuously deepening,and the knowledge system has been iteratively updated.In order to continuously improve the pathological diagnosis level of liver transplantation in China,under the guidance and organization of the Branch of Organ Transplant of Chinese Medical Association and other organizations,Chinese liver transplantation pathologists and clinical experts have formulated the Guidelines for pathological diagnosis of major complications after liver transplantation(2024 edition)based on domestic and foreign research and practical experience,in order to provide scientific guidance and reference for the pathological diagnosis of liver transplantation in China.
