摘要
目的分析对重型颅脑损伤术后合并慢性脑积水患者施以全方位护理干预的效果。方法选择于2022年2月至2024年2月就诊于我院的重型颅脑损伤术后合并慢性脑积水患者72例,根据护理方法不同分组,36例施以全方位护理干预者纳入试验组,36例施以常规护理者纳入对照组,对两组患者日常生活能力、预后、意识状态、神经功能缺损、并发症、满意度、不良情绪、生活质量进行分析和对比。结果相较对照组,试验组日常生活能力量表、卡氏功能状态评分标准、格拉斯哥昏迷评分法、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分更佳(P均<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对重型颅脑损伤术后合并慢性脑积水患者施以全方位护理干预价值较高,可使预后得以改善,减少并发症的发生,同时有利于护理满意度、不良情绪和生活质量的改善。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic hydrocephalus after severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic hydrocephalus after severe craniocerebral injury were selected from our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024.According to different nursing methods,36 patients receiving comprehensive nursing intervention were included in the experimental group,and 36 patients receiving routine nursing were included in the control group.Daily living ability,prognosis,state of consciousness,neurological deficits,complications,satisfaction,bad mood and quality of life were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of the experimental group were better on the daily living ability scale,Karnofsky functional status scale,Glasgow Coma score and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(all P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life after nursing in experimental groups were higher than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic hydrocephalus after severe craniocerebral injury is of high value,which can improve the prognosis,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,bad mood and quality of life.
