摘要
目的探讨雷火灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2023年5月在福州市某三级甲等医院康复科门诊及住院治疗的80例原发性三叉神经痛患者作为试验对象,根据Excel完全随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。两组均给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上加以雷火灸治疗,比较两组疼痛程度(NRS)评分和睡眠质量(PSQI)评分。结果两组在入院时的NRS评测结果对比,差异不显著(P=0.886>0.05)。治疗第5天及出院时观察组NRS评分结果相较于对照组低,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后PSQI睡眠质量评分的评测结果对比:治疗前两组PSQI评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后观察组PSQI评分结果较对照组降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论雷火灸治疗三叉神经痛临床效果显著,可有效缓解三叉神经痛,改善患者睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Eighty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who were outpatient and inpatient a tertiary hospital in Fuzhou from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as trial subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to Excel complete randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment and nursing care,and the observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group,and the NRS score of pain degree and the PSQI score of sleep quality of the two groups were compared to evaluate the overall treatment effect.Results The NRS evaluation results between the two groups at admission not significant(P=0.886>0.05).The NRS score in the observation group on treatment day 5 and at discharge was lower compared with the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Comparing the results of PSQI sleep quality score before and after the two groups:there was no significant difference in PSQI sleep quality between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the results of PSQI sleep quality score in the treatment observation group decreased compared with the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Thunder fire moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,which can effectively alleviate trigeminal neuralgia and improve the patient's sleep quality.
