摘要
矿冶行业是我国工业的基础性行业,包括采矿、选矿、冶炼、加工等多个细分领域,矿冶设备具有工况恶劣、运维复杂、能耗高、污染高、损耗高、事故率高等特点,急需通过5G+工业互联网等新基建为矿冶行业“聋、哑、傻”设备提供上云用数赋智服务,因此矿冶行业设备上云工业互联网平台建设是实现资源汇聚集成和优化配置、提升设备能效和安全水平的重要手段,也是实现行业数字化转型升级的必然选择。从设备上云工业互联网平台的建设背景、现状和矿冶行业的需求出发,针对矿冶行业设备上云的迫切需要,以工业互联网为支撑,提出了矿冶行业设备上云工业互联网平台的建设方案,分别给出了设备层、边缘层、IaaS层、PaaS层、应用层以及安全防护体系的建设内容,通过网络、平台、安全三大功能体系构建,全面打通重点工业设备资产、生产及制造系统、管理系统和资源应用,并通过某矿冶企业实践案例的介绍,分析了平台的具体建设步骤和建设成效。提出的建设方案能够满足矿冶行业设备上云工业互联网平台建设的需求、解决行业重点工业设备上云的共性问题,从而为矿冶企业开展同类平台建设提供理论与实践参考,支撑设备精细管理,降低设备运维成本与事故率,推动行业设备上云解决方案公共服务生态建设,助力产业链上下游协同发展。
The mining and metallurgical industry is a fundamental sector of China's industry,consisting of various subdivisions such as mining,mineral processing,smelting,etc.Mining and metallurgical equipment are characterized by harsh operating conditions,complex operation and maintenance,high energy consumption,significant pollution,substantial loss,and a high accident rate,resulting in an urgent need to leverage new infrastructure like 5G and the Industrial Internet to provide cloud-based digital and intelligent services for the“deaf,dumb,and dull”equipment in this industry.Therefore,constructing an industrial internet platform for cloud-based mining and metallurgical equipment is one of the crucial means to achieve resource aggregation and optimal allocation,enhance equipment efficiency and safety levels,and is also an inevitable choice for realizing the industry's digital transformation and upgrading.Based on the background and current situation of the construction of the cloud industrial Internet platform on equipment and the needs of the mining and metallurgy industry,the cloud industry Internet platform on mining and metallurgy industry equipment is studied.The construction contents of the device layer,edge layer,IaaS layer,PaaS layer,application layer,and security protection system are provided,respectively.Through constructing the three major functional systems:network,platform,and security,key industrial equipment assets,production and manufacturing systems,management systems,and resource applications have been fully integrated.The specific construction steps and effects of the platform are analyzed through a practical case of a mining and metallurgical enterprise.The proposed construction scheme can meet the needs of constructing a cloud industrial Internet platform for equipment in the mining and metallurgy industry and solve the common problems of cloud industrial equipment in the industry,so as to provide a theoretical and practical reference for mining and metallurgy enterprises to carry out similar platform construction,support fine equipment management,reduce equipment operation and maintenance costs and accident rates,promote the public service ecological construction of cloud industrial equipment solutions,and help the collaborative development of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.
