摘要
采用紫外光固化技术将2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯(HEMAP)负载于聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜表面,进而制备得到亲水的PTFE膜。研究结果表明,随着HEMAP用量的增加,PTFE膜的亲水性提高,表面润湿性越好。纯水通量测试表明,随着HEMAP用量的增加,纯水通量增加,当HEMAP用量继续增加,PTFE膜中纤维间的空隙被HEMAP填充,纯水通量反而下降。此外,HEMAP亲水改性的PTFE膜在弱酸环境下可吸附Fe(Ⅲ)离子。研究结果可为PTFE膜的亲水改性及其在酸性环境下对重金属离子的吸附规律提供一定的参考。
The hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) membrane is prepared by the cover of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate(HEMAP) on the surface of PTFE membrane through UV curing.The results show that the hydrophilicity of PTFE membrane is improved with the increase of the amount of HEMAP,which indicate that the PTFE membrane after modification has an excellent surface wettability.With the increase of HEMAP amount,the pure water flux of PTFE membrane increases.When the amount of HEMAP increases further,the gaps between fibers in PTFE membranes are filled by HEMAP,which led to the decrease of pure water flux.In addition,Fe( Ⅲ) ions in the weak acidic medium are absorbed by the PTFE membrane after hydrophilic modification.The research results can provide some reference for the hydrophilic modification of PTFE membrane and its adsorption of heavy metal ions in acidic environments.
