摘要
在大数据和数字医院建设的时代背景下,传统图书馆的作用被削弱,医学领域嵌入式图书馆形态成为研究热点。本文阐述了医学领域嵌入式馆员的由来和现状,嵌入式服务在医学领域开展的作用和方式,目前存在的短板和前景。揭示嵌入式服务模式是医学领域图书馆转型的重要机遇和挑战,是提高图书馆核心竞争力和医院综合实力的双赢之举。
Under the background of big data and digital hospital construction,the role of traditional libraries has been weakened,and the form of embedded library in medical field has become a research hotspot.This article elaborates on the origin and current situation of embedded librarian in medical field,the role and methods of embedded service in medical field,and the current shortcomings and prospects.Revealing the embedded service model is an important opportunity and challenge for the library transformation in medical field,and it is a win-win move to improve the core competitiveness of library and the comprehensive strength of hospital.
