摘要
黄炎培的生活教育理念源自裴斯泰洛齐有关学说,在早期职业教育中最初选定女子教育和平民教育作为实现生活教育的突破口。其生活教育观的思想底蕴主要体现为:生活知识和技能的传授学习、治生和乐生统一的人生态度的养成是职业教育的终极价值指向和最终目标,创设生活化情景和实施针对性设计是职业教育的手段,渗浸着审美教育因子的生活教育是培养健全人格的途径。黄炎培的生活教育观有突出的学理价值,在实用主义教育理论持续中国化的进程中起着催化剂的作用。职业教育的生活化与社会化、平民化鼎足而三,共同支撑大职业教育主义理论大厦,体现了合目的性与合规律性的统一。
Huang Yanpei's philosophy of life education originated from the theories of Pestalozzi.He initially selected women's education and civilian education as the breakthrough points for achieving life education in early vocational education.The ideological foundation of his life education philosophy is mainly reflected in the teaching and learning of life knowledge and skills,the cultivation of a unified attitude of making a living and enjoying life,which is the ultimate value direction and ultimate goal of vocational education.Creating life oriented scenarios and implementing targeted design are the means of vocational education,and life education infused with aesthetic education factors is the way to cultivate a sound personality.Huang Yanpei's view on life education has outstanding academic value,which plays a catalytic role in the continuous sinicization process of pragmatic educational theory.The life-oriented,socialized,and civilian-oriented aspects of vocational education are intertwined,jointly supporting the theoretical framework of vocational education and reflecting the unity of purposefulness and regularity.
