摘要
刮板输送机主要用于煤矿井下开采工作面煤炭运输。阐述了国内刮板输送机来的发展历程,从运量、链条规格、装机功率等技术指标对国内外装备发展状况进行了对比分析,提出了2025~2030年刮板输送机在特厚煤层、中厚煤层、厚煤层及薄煤层等不同地质条件下的发展趋势和创新方向。
The scraper conveyor is mainly used for coal transportation in underground coal mine mining face.The development course of the scraper conveyor at home was expounded,the development status of equipment at home and abroad was compared and analyzed from the technical specifications of transportation volume,chain specifications,installed power,etc.,the development trend and innovation direction of scraper conveyor under different geological conditions,such as extra-thick coal seam,medium-thick coal seam,thick coal seam and thin coal seam in the period of 2025-2030 were put forward.
