摘要
目的:分析磁性理念的激励式护理联合手部抚触护理对甲状腺手术患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2021年12月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的甲状腺手术患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用磁性理念的激励式护理+手部抚触护理,对比2组的睡眠状况、睡眠质量及心理应激。结果:观察组的深睡眠、浅睡眠及总睡眠时长均长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磁性理念的激励式护理+手部抚触护理有利于改善甲状腺手术患者的睡眠状况,临床可进一步推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of magnetic concept of motivational nursing combined with hand touch nursing on the sleep of thyroid surgery patients.Methods:A total of 90 thyroid surgery patients who came to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(conventional care,n=45)and the observation group(motivational nursing with magnetic concept+hand caressing nursing,n=45)by using the randomized numerical table method.The sleep condition,sleep quality and psychological stress of the two groups were compared.Results:The deep sleep,light sleep and total sleep duration of the observation group were longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores,anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The magnetic concept of motivational nursing+hand touch nursing is beneficial to improve the sleep condition,and can be further promoted and applied in the clinic.
