热压罐固化成型可调式模具型面的温均性及热变形

Temperature uniformity and thermal deformation of adjustable mould for autoclave curing molding

摘要 针对现有碳纤维复合材料固化成型过程中模具因温均性差,热应力过大导致制件成型精度差的问题,设计了一种多点可调式模具,应用ANSYS有限元软件对多点可调模具的温度场进行了数值模拟,分析在热压罐固化成型工艺下不同时刻模具型面的温度场、热变形和热应力,探究模具型面各节点温度变化,以及不同模具型面厚度对模具变形的影响规律。结果表明,模具迎风端升温速率比背风端快,模具型面接触点处升温速率相比于周边位置慢。模具型面厚度为5 mm时型面的形变量最小。 This paper aims to address the poor forming accuracy of the parts caused by the poor temperature uniformity and excessive thermal stress in the curing process for carbon fiber composite materials.The study is enabled by designing a multi-point adjustable mold to numerically simulate the temperature field of the multi-point adjustable mold by ANSYS finite element software;analyzing the temperature field,thermal deformation and thermal stress of the mold surface at different times under the autoclave curing process;and obtaining the temperature variation law of each node of the mold surface and the influence of different mold surface thickness on the mold deformation.The results show that the heating rate at the windward end of the mold is faster than that at the leeward end,and the heating rate at the contact point of the mold surface is slower than that at the surrounding position.The smallest deformation of the surface appears at the thickness of the mold surface by 5 mm.
