智能农机作业信息采集终端设计

摘要 传统农业生产主要基于大量人力完成生产过程中的质量检测,存在实时性差及数据获取困难等问题。随着智能农业技术的不断发展,作业信息的实时、自动采集成为可能。该文以农机耕作深度作业质量监测为目标,以STM32F429IG为核心,结合传感器、GPS模块和通信模块设计了一种智能农机作业信息采集终端。该终端实现了对农机作业过程耕作深度的实时监测和数据采集,具有实时性强、数据准确、操作简便等特点,实现对农机作业过程的实时监测、数据采集和质量评估,为农业生产提供了有效的技术支持和数据支撑。研究结果可以为智能农机技术的推广和应用提供参考。 Traditional agricultural production is mainly based on a large number of manpower to complete the quality inspection in the production process,there are problems such as poor real-time and data acquisition difficulties,with the continuous development of intelligent agricultural technology,this paper aims at monitoring the quality of agricultural machinery farming depth operation,and designs an intelligent agricultural machinery operation information acquisition terminal with STM32F429IG as the core,combined with sensors,GPS modules and communication modules.The terminal realizes real-time monitoring and data acquisition of the operation process of agricultural machinery tillage depth,which is characterized by strong real-time,accurate data and easy operation,realizing real-time monitoring,data acquisition and quality assessment of the operation process of agricultural machinery,and providing effective technical support and data support for agricultural production.The results of this paper can lay a technical foundation for the promotion and application of intelligent agricultural machinery technology.
