摘要
为了解决规模化羊舍内粪污人工收集劳动强度大、工作环境差、收集运输效率低的问题,设计了羊舍粪污无轴螺旋输送机,整机主要由电动机、减速机、连接套、柔性无轴螺旋体、U形槽及保护衬套等组成,保护衬套选择超高分子量聚乙烯材料,强度高、耐冲击、耐腐蚀,增加产品使用寿命,减少维修。样机在齐齐哈尔市拜泉县长春镇永裕村国强牧业羊舍内进行了羊粪输送试验。结果表明,无轴螺旋输送机能用于羊舍内较为黏稠的粪污混合物输送,输送效率高,残留率低。
In order to solve the problems of large labor intensity,poor working environment and low efficiency of collection and transportation of manure in large-scale sheep houses,a shaftless screw conveyor for sheep manure was designed,which is mainly composed of a motor,a reducer,a connecting sleeve,a flexible shaftless spiral,a U-shaped groove and a protective bushing,etc.,and the protective bushing is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material,which has high strength,impact resistance and corrosion resistance,which increases the service life of the product and reduces maintenance.The prototype carried out a sheep manure transportation test in the sheep house of Guoqiang Animal Husbandry in Yongyu Village,Changchun Town,Baiquan County,Qiqihar City.The results showed that the shaftless screw conveyor could be used for the transportation of viscous manure mixture in the sheep house,with high conveying efficiency and low residual rate.
