摘要
在综采工作面开采过程中,随着工作面向前推进,巷道顶板容易形成悬顶结构,造成瓦斯聚集和大面积顶板垮塌等隐患。为掌握大采高工作面坚硬顶板破坏特征,通过现场观测、数值模拟和理论分析等方法,阐述了大采高工作顶板悬顶结构的极限破坏深度和极限断裂距离,并对其进行了综合分析。结果表明,当巷道顶板破坏深度超过5.25m或悬顶悬顶距离超过13.55m时,巷道顶板将在破碎区岩体的质量作用下垮落。
In the mining process of fully mechanized caving face,with the advancing of the working face,the roof structure of the roadway is easy to form a suspended roof structure,which causes hidden dangers such as gas accumulation and large area roof collapse.In order to master the failure characteristics of the hard roof in the working face with large mining height,the ultimate failure depth and ultimate fracture distance of the suspended roof structure with large mining height are described and analyzed comprehensively by the methods of field observation,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The results show that when the failure depth of the roadway roof exceeds 5.25 m or the distance of the suspended roof exceeds 13.55 m,the roadway roof will collapse under the weight of the rock mass in the crushing zone.
