摘要
设计了一种基于数据采集的自动化巡检系统,以提高电力系统的运行效率和安全性。该系统采用先进的分布式无线传感网络技术,实时监控电力设备的运行状态,并利用配备多传感器的自动巡检机器人,进一步全面巡查和数据收集电力设施。该系统利用边缘计算网关进行多源异构数据的预处理,并上传至云平台进行深度分析。引入健康指数模型,准确评估电力设备的健康状况,并通过故障预测模型为运维人员提供科学的运维指导。
A data collection based automated inspection system has been designed to improve the operational efficiency and safety of the power system.The system adopts advanced distributed wireless sensor network technology to achieve real-time monitoring of the operating status of power equipment,and utilizes an automatic inspection robot equipped with multiple sensors to further comprehensively inspect and collect data on power facilities.The system uses edge computing gateway to preprocess multi-source heterogeneous data and upload it to the cloud platform for in-depth analysis.Introducing a health index model to accurately assess the health status of power equipment,and providing scientific operation and maintenance guidance for maintenance personnel through a fault prediction model.
