摘要
现代学徒制是一种以职业学校与企业联合培养人才为主要特征的人才培养模式。作为职业学校培养人才的主体,教师在其中发挥着至关重要的作用,现代学徒制要求教师具有一定的理论水平和实践能力,在中国特色现代学徒制条件下,“双导师”的教师队伍可以为学员提供更高质量的教育资源,更有效地提高学员的综合素质。在建立“双导师”教学团队的过程中,教师自身的专业素养是非常重要的。当前,我国对“双导师”的培养还处在一个探索的阶段。文章针对目前“双导师”教师队伍建设中出现的一些问题,结合我校的实际情况,对如何构建高校教师队伍进行了有益的探索。
Modern apprenticeship is a kind of talent training mode which is mainly characterized by the joint training of vocational schools and enterprises.Teachers,as the main body of talent cultivation,play a vital role in it.Modern apprenticeship requires teachers to have a certain theoretical level and practical ability.Under the conditions of modern apprenticeship with China characteristics,the"double-tutor"teachers can provide students with higher quality educational resources and help to improve their comprehensive quality more effectively.So,teachers'professional quality is very important in the process of establishing"double tutor"teaching teams.However,the cultivation of"double-tutor"in China is still in the process of exploration.Combining with the actual situation and the problems in the construction of"double-tutor"teachers in our school,this paper makes a useful exploration on how to construct the teachers'team in colleges and universities.
