煅烧红层对砂浆力学性能的影响

摘要 随着基础设施建设的加快推进,产生了大量的工程开挖废弃红层.红层中含有大量粘土矿物,使得红层经过煅烧处理后具有作为辅助胶凝材料的潜力.废弃红层的资源化再利用有助于缓解水泥生产过程中的高能耗和高污染,以及废弃红层堆积所造成的问题.本文首先将红层在不同温度下进行煅烧,分析了煅烧温度对红层微观结构和火山灰活性的影响.同时,对不同替代比煅烧红层砂浆进行了单轴抗压强度试验,分析了替代比对砂浆力学特性的影响.结果表明,红层的最佳煅烧温度为800℃,混合砂浆不仅满足强度要求,且煅烧红层的加入降低了砂浆的脆性,提升了其刚度和稳定性. With the acceleration of infrastructure construction,a large amount of excavation waste red-beds have been produced.Red-beds contain a large amount of clay minerals,which makes the red-beds have the potential to be used as supplementary cementitious materials after calcination.The reuse of waste red-beds helps to alleviate the high energy consumption and pollution in the cement production process,as well as the problems caused by waste red-beds accumulation.In this study,the red-beds are calcined at different temperatures,and the effects of calcination temperature on the microstructure and pozzolanic activity of the red-beds are analyzed.At the same time,the uniaxial compressive strength test of calcined red-beds mortar with different replacement ratios is carried out,and the influence of the replacement ratio on the mechanical properties of mortar is analyzed.The results show that the optimum calcination temperature of red-beds is 800℃;the composite mortar meets the strength requirements,and the addition of the calcined red-beds reduces the brittleness of mortar and improves its stiffness and stability.
