摘要
为了研究经过焊后消氢处理的承压设备用022Cr23Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢组织及性能变化规律,对该双相不锈钢进行300~400℃焊后消氢处理,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM),分析在不同焊后消氢处理温度对材料组织的影响作用,并对焊后消氢处理样品进行力学性能和耐蚀性能测试。研究结果表明,析出相以富Cr的α'相为主,且主要由铁素体组织产生,在相同保温时间,随着焊后消氢热处理温度的提高,组织析出物逐渐增多。由于析出相在晶界处的钉扎作用导致材料的强度提高,韧性明显下降,但022Cr23Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢仍具有良好的耐蚀性能。
Post-weld hydrogen relief treatment was conducted on 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel for pressure equipment at 300~400℃in order to study the changes of microstructure and properties of that duplex stainless steel,and the effects of different post-weld hydrogen relief treatment temperatures on the microstructure of the materials were analyzed by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM),and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the stabilized samples were tested.The research results show that the precipitation phase is dominated by Cr-richα'phase,which is mainly produced by ferrite structure.At the same holding time,with the increase of post-weld hydrogen relief treatment temperature,the precipitation of the structure gradually increases.Due to the pinning effect of precipitated phase on grain boundary,the strength of the material is increased,the toughness is obviously decreased,but it still maintains good corrosion resistance.
