摘要
用实验方法对倾斜微肋管内两相流动冷凝换热特性进行实验研究,主要分析管内传热系数在不同实验工况、微肋管中的变化趋势,以揭示各实验变量对管内换热特性的影响机理,获取管内传热系数理论模型。实验结果显示:微肋管内传热系数随质流密度和干度的增加而增大,随管倾斜角的增大呈现先升高后减小的变化趋势;相比于光滑管,40°微肋管和25°微肋管换热强化倍率随干度的增加而增大、随倾斜角的增加而减小。此外,现有关联式低估了大部分实验数据,其预测误差均随干度、肋片螺旋角等的升高而增大。基于实验数据所获取新关联式可对40°微肋管和25°微肋管表现出较好的预测效果,其平均预测误差小于7%。
The two-phase flow condensation heat transfer characteristics inside the inclined micro-fin tube were experimentally studied.Variation of the heat transfer coefficient under different experimental conditions inside the micro-fin tube with different structures were mainly analyzed,then reveal the influencing mechanism of the experimental variables on the heat transfer characteristics and obtain the theoretical model of heat transfer coefficient inside the tube.The experimental results show that the heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of mass flux and vapor quality,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of inclination angle.Compared with the smooth tube,the heat transfer enhancement ratios of 40° micro-fin tube and25° micro-fin tube increases with the increase of vapor quality and decreases with the increase of inclination angle.In addition,the existing correlation underestimates most of the experimental data,and its prediction errors increase with the increase of vapor quality and fin helix angle.Based on the experimental data,the new correlation shows better prediction effect for 40° micro-fin tube and 25° micro-fin tube,the average prediction error is less than 7%.
