摘要
为解决目前新能源汽车电池热管理系统架构复杂、成本高的问题,提出一种基于制冷剂直冷的电池热管理方案,进行4种加热功率下的电池均温性测试与分析,并对比测试液冷板与制冷剂直冷板的降温性能。结果表明:在4种加热功率下,采用制冷剂直冷板时电池表面温差均小于5℃;相比液冷板,制冷剂直冷板的降温速率更快,电池中心温度更低。研究结果对新能源汽车热管理技术研究具有一定的参考价值。
In order to resolve the complex framework and high cost of current battery thermal management system of new energy vehicles,a battery thermal management solution based on refrigerant direct cooling is proposed,and the thermal homogeneity of battery under four kinds of heating power is tested and analyzed.The cooling performance comparison test is also conducted between liquid cooling plate and refrigerant direct cooling plate.The results show that under four kinds of heating power,the temperature differences of battery surface are all less than 5 ℃ using refrigerant direct cooling plate.Compared with the liquid cooling plate,the refrigerant direct cooling plate can realize faster cooling rate and lower battery temperature in the center.The research results have certain reference value for the thermal management technology study on new energy vehicles.
