摘要
校医肩负着保障全校师生身心健康的重任,大学生健康需足够重视。近年来,高校大学生意外事件频发,癫痫未能及时发现致死亡、运动损伤、性知识缺乏、心理疾病、身体素质较差,易受伤易生病等。从校医角度出发,探讨上述现象产生原因,针对高校大学生健康医疗保健意识薄弱、饮食生活习惯不健康、体育运动量不足、急救知识欠缺、大学生常见疾病等问题,提出相应改善措施。为守护大学生健康、构建健康和谐社会、实现“健康中国2030”的愿景贡献一份力量。
The school doctors shoulder the heavy responsibility of ensuring the physical and mental health of the whole school,and the health of college students needs to be paid enough attention.In recent years,college students have frequent accidents,epilepsy is not found in time to death,sports injury,lack of sexual knowledge,mental illness and so on.From the perspective of school doctors,this paper discusses the causes of the above phenomena,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures in view of the problems of college students weak health care awareness,unhealthy diet and lifestyle habits,insufficient physical exercise,lack of first-aid knowledge and common diseases of college students.To protect the health of college students,build a healthy and harmonious society,and realize the vision of healthy China 2030.
