摘要
采用低温定形氨纶与常规氨纶开发涤氨单面织物、锦氨双面织物,并研究其染色性能,同时进行中试生产。结果表明,低温定形氨纶织物染深性更好,尤其是锦氨织物染色鲜艳度得以提升;中试生产的织物布面品质良好,未见氨纶原因导致的疵病,且低温定形氨纶与常规氨纶织物在色牢度、弹性伸长及回复性能、缩率方面均非常接近,表明低温定形氨纶在降低定形温度后,同样可以达到预定形效果,这使其在与锦纶、改性涤纶、蛋白质纤维交织织物预定形中的应用前景广阔。
Using low temperature setting spandex and conventional spandex,polyester and spandex single sided fabric and polyamide and spandex double sided fabric were developed,the dyeing properties were studied,and the trial production was carried out.The results show that the dyeing depth of the low temperature spandex fabric is better,especially the dyeing brightness of the polyamide and spandex fabric is improved.The quality of the fabric produced in the trial test is good,and the defects caused by spandex were not found,and the color fastness,elastic elongation,recovery performance and shrinkage of the low-temperature set spandex are very close to that of the conventional spandex fabric,indicating that the predetermined shape effect can also be achieved after the setting temperature is reduced.This makes it widely used in the preforming of mixed fabric with polyamide,modified polyester and protein fiber.
