摘要
为了提高矿产资源利用效率,针对贵州省矿产资源开发利用率偏低,未能充分发挥其潜在价值的问题,从国家政策导向出发,结合“富矿精开”产业发展目标,对贵州省的资源现状进行了深入剖析,揭示了行业发展所面临的困境,并深入探讨了“富矿精开”的精神内涵,提出了精确探矿、精准配矿、精细开矿以及精深用矿等关键环节的发展建议。构建的“富矿精开”新质生产力发展框架模型由内驱动力循环与外部支撑两部分组成。内驱动力循环由精确探矿、精准配矿、精细开矿及精深用矿等关键环节构成,外部支撑由科技创新、数字赋能及双碳战略构成,该模型对推进贵州省矿产资源产业的发展具有建设性意义。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of mineral resources,in view of the low devel⁃opment and utilization rate of mineral resources in Guizhou Province and the failure to give full play to its po⁃tential value,starting from the national policy orientation,combined with the industrial development goal of“Rich Mineral Resources and Fine Development”,the current situation of resources in Guizhou Province is deeply analyzed,and the difficulties faced by the development of the industry are revealed.The spiritual connotation of“Rich Mineral Resources and Fine Development”is discussed in depth,and the development suggestions of key links such as precise prospecting,precise ore blending,fine mining and deep mining are put forward.The new productivity development framework model of“Rich Mineral Resources and Fine De⁃velopment”is composed of two parts:internal driving force cycle and external support.The internal driving force cycle consists of key links such as precise prospecting,precise ore blending,fine mining and deep mining.The external support consists of scientific and technological innovation,digital empowerment and dual carbon strategy.This model is of constructive significance to promote the development of mineral re⁃sources industry in Guizhou Province.
