摘要
反刍动物是我国畜牧业中最大的甲烷排放源,其排放的甲烷不仅会造成动物机体能量损耗,还进一步加剧了全球气候变暖,反刍动物甲烷减排问题亟待解决。植物提取物中含有丰富的生物活性成分,可以调控反刍动物瘤胃内环境,降低甲烷排放量,提高营养物质和能量的利用率,是一种有效的瘤胃发酵调节剂。本文按照植物提取物的化学结构分类,综述了植物精油、皂苷、单宁在反刍动物甲烷减排方面的研究进展,为植物提取物在反刍动物甲烷排放的研究应用提供理论依据与新思路。
Ruminants are the largest source of methane emissions in our country's livestock industry.The methane they emit not only causes energy loss in the animal body,but also further aggravates global climate warming.The problem of methane emission reduction from ruminants needs to solve urgently.Plant extracts are rich in bioactive ingredients,which can regulate the rumen environment of ruminants,reduce methane emissions,and improve the utilization of nutrients and energy.They are an effective ruminal fermentation regulator.This article reviews the research progress of plant essential oils,saponins,and tannins in ruminant methane emission reduction according to the chemical structure classification of plant extracts,to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the research and application of plant extracts in ruminant methane emissions.
