摘要
文章旨在开发一套综合露天煤矿挖掘机模拟驾驶系统,涵盖操控信号采集、虚拟驾驶环境创建、液压杆机构仿真以及土层挖掘等多个关键模块。通过对挖掘机操控、地形特征等方面的深入模拟,实现了对支撑区的准确模拟,同时,对可挖掘区进行动态调整,提高了挖掘过程的模拟表现力,为挖掘机培训提供了高效的虚拟环境,也可供相关工程技术人员参考。
This article aims to develop a comprehensive open-pit coal mine excavator simulation driving system,covering multiple key modules such as control signal acquisition,virtual driving environment creation,hydraulic lever mechanism simulation,and soil excavation.Through in-depth simulation of excavator control,terrain characteristics,etc.,accurate simulation of the support area is achieved.At the same time,the excavation area is dynamically adjusted to improve the simulation expressiveness of the excavation process and provide an efficient method for excavator training.The virtual environment can also be used as a reference for relevant engineering and technical personnel.
