摘要
介绍了广西农业水价综合改革进展情况,总结农业水价综合改革相关经验。分析了广西农业水价综合改革仍面临的形势与问题,从农业用水总量控制和定额管理机制、农业水价形成机制、精准补贴和节水奖励机制、农田水利工程良性管护机制等方面提出农业水价综合改革四项体制机制工作建议。
With regard to the agricultural water price comprehensive reform in Guangxi,the author made an introduction on the progress of reform,summarized the experience in reform,analyzed the situation and problem of reform,and put forward suggestions from four aspects of total agricultural water consumption control and quota management mechanism,agricultural water price formation mechanism,precise subsidy and water-saving award mechanism,proper management and protection mechanism of farmland water conservancy works.
