CCUS-EOR系统掺水回注管道流动腐蚀数值模拟研究

摘要 CCUS-EOR系统中的转油站掺水回注系统管线极易受回注污水腐蚀影响而发生腐蚀泄漏风险.针对此问题,基于流体力学、电化学腐蚀原理建立了稳态非等温流动模型和腐蚀电化学模型,开展管线CO_(2)流动和腐蚀电化学特性研究,分析流速、温度、压力和pH值等因素对管线腐蚀状态的影响.研究结果表明,直管和弯管局部区域存在流速增加现象,弯管处易发生空蚀破坏;管内回注污水流速越快,pH值越低,温度越高,管线管径越小,管道内壁的腐蚀速率越高.管线设计建议优选非金属管道,若采用碳钢金属管道,工程设计上应尽量选择较大管径的管材,同时可考虑添加缓蚀剂以调节pH值,降低污水输送的温度,从而降低管道内壁的腐蚀速率. In CCUS-EOR systems,the water injection system at the transfer station is highly susceptible to corrosion and leakage due to the corrosive impact of reinjected wastewater.To address this issue,a steady-state non-isothermal flow model and an electrochemical corrosion model were developed based on fluid dynamics and electrochemical principles.The study investigated the flow and electrochemical corrosion characteristics of CO_(2) within the pipeline,analyzing factors such as flow velocity,temperature,pressure,and pH on pipeline corrosion.The results revealed increased flow velocity in specific areas of both straight and curved sections,with cavitation damage prone to occurring in curved sections.Faster flow rates of reinjected wastewater,lower pH values,higher temperatures,and smaller pipeline diameters were associated with higher corrosion rates on the inner walls of the pipeline.Non-metallic pipelines are recommended for pipeline design.If carbon steel pipelines are chosen,the design should prioritize larger diameters.Additionally,adding corrosion inhibitors to adjust pH values and lowering the temperature of wastewater transport can reduce the corrosion rate on the inner walls of the pipeline.
