摘要
由于船舶涂装废气治理起步较晚,工艺设计尚不成熟。由于船舶企业工件较大,其涂装作业节拍不规律,造成了废气浓度不稳定,对废气治理方案的选择有较大的影响;对氧化设备如蓄热式热力氧化(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,RTO)、蓄热式催化氧化(Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer,RCO)、催化氧化(Catalytic Oxidizer,CO)的选择,需要结合相应环保标准以及工艺自身的特点。同时,在进行工程设计时,需要考虑好防火与腐蚀等安全问题。
The treatment of ship painting exhaust gas started relatively late,and its process design is rela-tively immature.Due to the large size of workpieces in shipbuilding enterprises,their painting op-erations have irregular rhythms,resulting in unstable exhaust gas concentrations and having a sig-nificant impact on the selection of exhaust gas treatment plans;The selection of oxidation equip-ment such as Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO),Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer(RCO),and Cat-alytic Oxidizer(CO),requires to consider the corresponding environmental standards and the char-acteristics of the process itself.At the same time,safety issues such as fire prevention and corrosion need to be taken into consideration during engineering design.
