摘要
“刺三变”针法是《灵枢·寿夭刚柔》中的重要针法。论述了“刺三变”中“卫”“营”“寒痹”的内涵及三者的病位联系特点,认为三者在病位上具有由浅入深、层层深入的特点,同时围绕病位特点,从“辨证辨位,明确针具刺法”,“甄别病位,确立刺灸选穴”,“据邪深浅,指导刺灸时间”,以及“结合形气,修正刺灸强度”4个方面入手,对“刺三变”针法治疗“卫”“营”“寒痹”为代表的外感病的治疗思路进行探讨,以期为外感病的针灸治疗提供更全面的思路参考。
The"three acupuncture methods"is an important acupuncture method in the Lingshu:Shouyao Gangrou chapter.This article discussed the connotation of"Wei","Ying",and"Hanbi"in the"three acupuncture methods"and their relationship with the disease position,and believed that the three have the characteristics of going from shallow to deep and deepening layer by layer in the disease position.At the same time,around the characteristics of the disease position,from the four aspects of"distinguishing the disease and the position,clarifying the acupuncture method","identifying the disease position,establishing the selection of acupuncture points","according to the depth of the evil,guiding the time of acupuncture and moxibustion",and"combining the shape and Qi,correcting the intensity of acupuncture and moxibustion",the treatment of infectious diseases represented by"Wei","Ying",and"Hanbi"by"three acupuncture methods"was discussed,in order to provide a wider range of thinking references for the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infectious diseases.
