摘要
鼻咽癌是头颈部常见肿瘤疾病,放疗是临床用于该病治疗的首选方式,但放疗照射范围较广,并发症如放射性皮炎、放射性口腔黏膜炎等发生风险高,降低了患者治疗依从性,进而对治疗效果产生影响。为确保鼻咽癌放疗患者顺利完成放疗,需加强其并发症相关护理干预。因此,本文就鼻咽癌放疗并发症的护理干预研究进展进行综述。
Nasopharyngeal cancer is a common neoplastic disease in the head and neck region,and radiotherapy is the preferred clinical treatment for this disease.However,radiotherapy has a wide range of radiation exposure and a high risk of complications such as radiation dermatitis and radiation oral mucositis,which reduces patient compliance and thus affects treatment effectiveness.In order to ensure the successful completion of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,nursing interventions related to complications should be strengthened.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of nursing intervention in nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy complications.
