摘要
随着城市化和城市电网建设,变电站的数量逐渐增加,在国家“碳达峰、碳中和”目标下,对变电站的绿色建造提出了新的时代要求。本研究以变电站建筑建造全过程为研究对象,结合现行相关评价标准,构建了适用于变电站建筑的全过程绿色建造评价体系,包含绿色策划、绿色设计、绿色施工和绿色交付4个一级指标、13个二级指标,以及共68项具体评价细则,并基于AHP层次分析法确定了相应的指标权重和分值计算方法。该体系可用于指导未来变电站工程的全过程绿色建造。
With urbanization and urban power grid construction,the number of substations is gradually increasing,and under the national goal of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,new requirements have been put forward for the green construction of substations.This paper takes the whole process construction of substation as the research object,combines the existing relevant evaluation standards,and constructs a green construction evaluation system applicable to the whole construction process of substation,including 4 primary indicators of green planning,green design,green construction and green delivery,13 secondary indicators and 68 specific evaluation rules.Then the corresponding indicator weights and the score calculation methods were determined by AHP method.This system can be used to guide the whole green construction process of the future substation projects.
