摘要
近年来高层建筑在国内的发展极其迅速。尤其是部分中小城市高层建筑的出现,更是为高层建筑防火设计提出了挑战。小城市的消防措施无论是基础建设,还是消防队伍的建设都相对滞后。本研究首先对高层建筑火灾进行隐患分析,分析高层建筑发生火灾的原因与造成的危害,将高层着火分成5个阶段。对一小区进行随机调研,发现存在诸多的安全隐患问题,并给予预防措施建议。通过调研建立高层建筑消防长效发展的整体保障机制,充分利用公共资源,探索出符合本地实际情况,预防高层火灾的最简洁有效的途径和火灾应急措施方式,即建立安全疏散通道。最终达到预防为主、安全有效、构建宜居环境的目的。
In recent years,the development of high-rise buildings in China is extremely rapid.In particular,the emergence of high-rise buildings in some small and medium-sized cities poses a challenge to high-rise fire prevention.It is well known that the fire protection measures in small cities are lagging behind in both infrastructure construction and firefighting team construction.This paper first analyzes the hidden dangers of the fires in high-rise buildings.Based on the analysis on the causes and hazards of the fires in high-rise buildings,the high-rise fire is divided into five stages.A random survey on a surrounding community was conducted,many potential safety hazards were found,and preventive measures were given.Through investigation and research,the overall guarantee mechanism for the long-term development of high-rise building fire protection is established,and public resources are fully utilized to explore the most concise and effective way to prevent high-rise fires and the corresponding fire emergency measures according to the local actual conditions,which is to establish a safe evacuation channel.Finally,the purpose of prevention orientation,safety and effectiveness,as well as the construction of a livable environment is achieved.
