摘要
变压器低频噪声很容易受到变电站周边居民投诉。为有效阻隔变压器油箱外噪声传播,在测试掌握500kV变压器噪声水平和频谱特征的基础上,研发一种多层约束阻尼隔声板。首先,构建隔声板仿真分析模型,计算分析约束阻尼板约束层、弹性夹层材质对隔声性能的影响。随后,通过传声损失测试,确定多层约束阻尼隔声板的结构参数。最后,构建500 kV变压器和加装多层约束阻尼隔声板的声场仿真模型,并在实际变压器上进行验证,结果表明,安装多层约束阻尼隔声板后,变压器声压级下降9.3 dB(A)。
Low frequency noise of transformers is complained very often by residents around the substation.In order to effectively block the transmission of noise outside the transformer oil tank,this paper develops a multi-layer constrained damping sound insulation plate on the basis of testing and mastering the noise level and spectrum characteristics of a 500 kV transformer.Firstly,the simulation analysis model of the sound insulation plate is constructed,and the influence of the constrained layer material and the elastic core material on the sound insulation performance is calculated and analyzed.Then,the structural parameters of the multi-layer constrained damping sound insulation plate are determined by the sound transmission loss test.Finally,the sound field simulation models of the 500 kV transformer and the multi-layer constrained damping sound insulation plate are built and verified by an actual transformer respectively.The results show that the sound pressure level of the transformer decreases by 9.3 dB(A)after the installation of multi-layer constrained damping sound insulation plate.
