陆地钻机井场火气系统设计与实现

Design and Realization of Fire and Gas System in Land Drilling Rig Well Site

摘要 针对陆地钻机井场存在的易燃物、可燃气体、有毒有害气体、高温设备等不可控风险源,设计了一套火气监控系统,实现井场区域内风险因素的在线监测与报警,从而提升现场的安全作业环境。首先,基于故障安全型PLC构建了总体方案架构,详细阐述了不同区域不同释放源的监测方案;其次,基于WINCC开发了上位机管理软件,管理软件能自诊断现场危险情况并将诊断结果和测量数据在控制中心、司钻房、队长办公室的监控屏上同步显示,当有异常情况发生时,系统立即触发报警并以动态图标和报警文本对管理人员进行提醒,减少险情的响应等待时间;开发的历史报警记录查询和信息统计功能可辅助管理人员快速做出更加科学的防范措施。现场应用结果表明,该系统设计合理,适用于陆地钻机井场火气监测使用要求,具有推广价值。 In view of uncontrollable risk sources such as combustible,flammable gas,toxic and harmful gas,and high-temperature equipment in the land drilling rig well site,a set of fire and gas monitoring system is designed to realize online monitoring and alarm of risk factors in rig site area,thereby improving the on-site safe operating environment.The system firstly builds the overall scheme framework based on the fail-safe PLC,and elaborates the monitoring schemes for different release sources in different areas;secondly,based on WINCC,the upper computer management software is developed,which can self-diagnose the dangerous situation on site and display the diagnosis results and measurement data in the monitoring screens in the control center,driller's room,and captain's office synchronously.When an abnormal situation occurs,the system immediately triggers an alarm and reminds the management personnel with dynamic icons and alarm texts to reduce the waiting time for response to dangerous situations;thirdly,historical alarm&functions of record query and information statistics can assist managers to make more scientific preventive measures quickly.Field application results show that the design of the system is reasonable,and it is suitable for fire and gas monitoring in land drilling rig well sites,and has popularization value.
