基于Flexsim的AGV数量配置仿真分析

摘要 运用Flexsim仿真技术解决企业在确定AGV设备投入数量时面临的难题,利用系统仿真软件Flexsim构建仿真模型,通过仿真模拟的方法对AGV配置数量进行逐步优化。从而协助企业选择最佳的AGV数量配置,避免企业因盲目决策而投入更多的AGV导致资金浪费或系统能力不足。 The use of Flexsim simulation technology to solve the problem faced by enterprises in determining the number of AGV equipment inputs,the use of system simulation software Flexsim to build simulation models,through the simulation of simulation methods for the gradual optimization of the number of AGV configuration.Thus assisting enterprises to choose the best number of AGV configuration,to avoid the enterprise because of blind decision-making and put more AGV lead to waste of funds or system capacity is insufficient.
