摘要 目前国内大多数掘进机掘进作业存在巷道成形质量、掘进效率受人为因素影响较大等缺陷,通过研究,在山西西山中煤机械制造有限公司EBZ200型悬臂式掘进机上安装远程控制系统,控制掘进机截割部水平、垂直驱动油缸的伸缩量及摇臂摆动速度,实现自动截割及巷道断面一次成形,可为提高掘进机智能化运行水平提供有效技术支撑。 At present,most of the excavation operations of domestic roadheader have defects such as poor roadway forming quality and significant influence of human factors on excavation efficiency.The remote control system is installed on the EBZ200 boom-type roadheader of Shanxi Xishan Zhongmei Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.to control the expansion and contraction of the horizontal and vertical driving oil cylinder of the roadheader cutting part and the swing speed of the rocker arm,so as to achieve automatic cutting and one-time shaping of the roadway section,which can provide effective technical support for improving the intelligent operation level of roadheaders.
