摘要
目的了解盐城市亭湖区艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法按现住址统计,从中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病防治信息系统中获取2008—2022年盐城市亭湖区艾滋病疫情数据,进行流行病学特征分析。结果亭湖区2008—2022年累计报告本地HIV/AIDS病例共296例,年均报告发病率为2.65/10万,疫情呈逐年上升趋势。296例病例中,平均年龄38.13岁;男女比7.97∶1;职业以家务及待业为主;文化程度以大专及以上为主。所有街道及乡镇均有病例报告,中心城区街道报告病例为周边乡镇报告病例的2.7倍。感染途径以性途径为主,发现途径以咨询检测为主。晚报告病例89例,晚发现率为30.07%。结论亭湖区艾滋病疫情呈上升趋势,性途径为主要传播方式,在做好现有患者管理治疗工作的同时,应积极采取健康宣教、扩大检测、行为干预为主的综合防治措施,遏制艾滋病传播。
Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of AIDS/AIDS patients in Tinghu District,Yancheng City,and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods The paper carried out statistics of epidemic data of AIDS in Tinghu District,Yancheng City from 2008 to 2022 according to current address from AIDS prevention and control information system of China Disease Control and Prevention Information System,and analyzed epidemiological characteristics.Results 296 local HIV/AIDS cases were reported in Tinghu District from 2008 to 2022,with average annual reported incidence rate of 2.65/100 thousand,epidemic situation showed an upward trend year by year.Average age of 296 cases was 38.13,with male to female ratio of 7.97:1,with main profession of household and unemployment,with educational level of college or above mainly.All streets and towns had reported cases,central urban street reported 2.7 times cases of surrounding towns.Main route of infection was sexual means,while main route of discovery was consultation and testing.89 cases were reported late,with late detection rate of 30.07%.Conclusion Epidemic situation of AIDS in Tinghu District is on the rise,with main transmission mode of sexual transmission.While carried out management and treatment of existing patients,it is necessary to take comprehensive prevention and control measures on health education,expanded testing,and behavioral intervention actively to prevent spread of AIDS.
