摘要
目的:观察分析腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者应用基于量化评估策略护理表护理的效果,及对术后康复和并发症的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年8月,本院收治的70例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用基于量化评估策略护理表,对比2组术后康复指标和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组住院时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间和肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组肺部感染、切口感染、胃肠道反应和吻合口漏发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者应用基于量化评估策略护理表护理,可有效改善患者术后康复指标,降低并发症发生率,促进护患和谐,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing table based on quantitative evaluation strategy in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer and its influence on postoperative rehabilitation and complications.Methods From January 2022 to August 2023,total 70 patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing af-ter operation,while the observation group was given nursing table based on quantitative evaluation strategy on the basis of the control group,and the postoperative rehabilitation indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time,the first time to get out of bed,the first ex-haust time and the recovery time of bowel sound in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary infection,inci-sion infection,gastrointestinal reactions and anastomotic leakage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing table based on quantitative evaluation strategy in patients undergo-ing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer can effectively improve postoperative rehabilitation indexes,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the harmony between nurses and patients,which has high application value.
